Ruby Lowery was selected as the Deputy Director of Mississippi Board of Cosmetology in 2020. Mrs. Lowery has held the role of both Inspector and School Coordinator since she joined MSBC in 2017.
Mrs. Lowery has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 1984. She has over 20 years of experience in Cosmetology, inspection, human resources and training.
Mrs. Lowery is a graduate of the Academy of Hair Design. She is certified as an Investigator NCIT Basic thru the Council for Licensure, Enforcement and Regular.
